Gingerbread House Pattern?

I am currently deciding on a patern or this year's ginger bread house. I am choosing betwen St. Andrews House and Charlotte gingerbread house. You can the view the patterns here.

I would say the St. Andrews house because it's based on a house in Oregon. I love Oregon. Sorry, it's just as superficial as that.

I'm kind of leaning that way too. It is a much wider house and would look more impressive on top of the bookcase in the kitchen. I'm probably going to work on it during Thanksgiving.
